Our Products:

Bubba Boutique sources a beautiful range of toys, decorations and educational resources that give children the opportunity to experience different material properties and textures to engage their senses and help them discover new abilities.  

Each toy has been individually handcrafted from natural fabrics such as silk, cotton and hessian.

Please note that while Bubba Boutique does its best to represent products exactly as they are, most products are hand made by different artisans, therefore each product is individual. 

Minor variations in colour or stitching add to the unique nature of our products and, occasionally, may vary slightly from what you see in the photograph. 

We cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as your computer screen shows. 


Gifts:

Bubba Boutique understands that you may not want to pay for postage twice, so if your order is a gift please let us know in the “Note to seller” option of your order in PayPal. You will find this in the “Review your information” section.

The option for a note is located under your address that states “Note to seller: Add” Simply click on the “Add” link and enter the note details eg. GIFT, full name and address of recipient and your note.

We will then lovingly gift wrap your order free of charge and send directly to the recipient. Your personal message will be handwritten on quality card and attached to the gift wrapping.

Due to the limited time that new parents often spend in hospitals these days Bubba Boutique does not recommend sending baby gifts to hospitals, however if you are sure that the recipient will be in hospital until a set date then gifts will be couriered at an additional cost to you.

For couriered gifts, please contact us with order details so that an invoice may be created as delivery via courier cannot be selected online.

Bubba Boutique takes no responsibility for gifts couriered to hospitals where the recipient has been discharged prior to delivery.

 

Gift Vouchers:

A Bubba Boutique Gift Voucher is a thoughtful option and allows the recipient to choose exactly what they want!

Please contact us and we will arrange payment via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit for your desired amount.

The gift voucher will then be posted to you.

Please note that Bubba Boutique Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and must be used in one transaction.

Bubba Boutique Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Any unused amount left on the Bubba Boutique Gift Voucher cannot be credited for another transaction at a later date.

Once the unique redemption code has been processed the voucher will become void.

Additional transactions that enter the unique code will not be valid. Returns & Exchanges: Bubba Boutique ensures all items are in perfect condition before being posted.

 

Returns:

Bubba Boutique checks each item for faults carefully before sending, however if an item arrives damaged please contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order and return the faulty item to us for a refund or a replacement of the product.

Please return unused, unworn and unwashed items within ten (10) days of receipt through Australia Post. Please contact us for our address.

If you simply change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the item is in the same condition as it was sent to you and has been unused and unworn, however all postage cost (back to us and then back to you) will need to be paid for by the purchaser. All "change of mind" purchases must have contacted us within two (2) days of receipt of item.

 

Payment:

All prices are in AUD. We use PayPal, however Direct Bank Deposit is also available and is welcomed as it reduces the fees associated with our business and allows us to keep our products at very competitive prices.

Customers wanting to use Direct Bank Deposit will need to contact us with order details so that an invoice may be created.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal Account to make a purchase via PayPal. Just select “Don’t have a PayPal Account” once you have been directed to the PayPal website during your checkout process and use your credit or debit card to complete the transaction.

Orders will be posted once payment is received. If payment is not received within five (5) days then the item will be returned to stock.

Postage:

We use Australia Post (Regular) for all orders.

Regular orders will be posted within two (2) business days and may take an additional two - seven (2-7) business days to be received subject to Australia Post.

Should you require more urgent delivery (or if you would like us to use Registered Post) please contact us with your order details so that we can confirm if urgent delivery is possible.

We will also accurately calculate the postage amount and provide you with an invoice as soon as possible – PLEASE DO NOT complete an ONLINE PURCHASE for Express or Registered Post orders.
